• Age Criteria     : 3+ as on 31-03-2012 

•Forms are available from : 02-01-2012 to 16-01-2012  Timings      : 8.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. (at school fee counter) 

• Forms can also be downloaded   : www.vvdav.ac.in From school website 

• Last date for submission of duly  : 16-01-2012

filled forms alongwith relevant (8.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.)  

documents at school reception. 

• Date of display of list of    : 01-02-2012 at 2.00 p.m. selected candidates (Gen. Category) 

• Incomplete form/ incorrectly filled form will be considered invalid.  

• Forms for EWS category are also available at school fee counter.

Photocopies (attested by a Gazetted Officer)

(i) Date of Birth Certificate of the applicant from Municipal Corporation

(ii) Certificate in support of belonging to SC / ST / OBC Category (if applicable)

(iii) Proof of residence

(iv) Proof of sibling (if applicable) – Photocopy of fee receipt

(v) Proof of alumni (if applicable) – Photocopy of XII / C.B.S.E. certificate

(vi) Proof of transferable job (if applicable)
