The information related to admission to Pravesh Vatika for the academic year 2012-2013 is as follows.

* The advertisement was printed on 28^th December 2011 in the Times of India.
* Forms are available online from 1000 hours on 2^nd January 2012 to 1600 hours on 16^th January 2012.
* Forms are also available (free of cost) at the school campus.
* Last date for submission of this form is 16^th January 2012 by 1600 hours.
* Online forms are preferable.
* All communication between applicants and the school will be conducted via email.

* Total number of seats available - 112 (Open seats –67 , Seats under the Disadvantaged groups and Weaker    sections -28 & Management seats –17) The admission process and grant of admission is a subject matter of    challenge and subject to the rights of the school. 
* Closure of Admission process on 31^st March 2012.

* The list of candidates eligible for Draw of lots/lottery will be displayed on 24^th January 2012.
* Draw of lots/lottery will be on 27^th January 2012.
* The first list and second list (waiting list) will be displayed on the school website on 1^st February 2012.
* The admission fee for successful candidates is to be deposited between 15^th - 17^th February 2012. 
* Verification of documents will be conducted at the time the admission fee is deposited

   23^rd February 2012.  
* Draw of lots/lottery for the same will be on 24^th February 2012.

* You are requested to fill in the Common Admission Form (as prescribed by the Directorate of Education)     available at the school campus free of cost
* The list of candidates eligible for Draw of lots/lottery under free seats will be displayed 
    on 27^th January 2012.
* No fee is to be deposited for those that fall under freeship.

Note: If applications are more than number of seats available in each category, Admission shall be done only by draw of lots/lottery. There will be no screening, written test, interview or profiling of child/parents.
