| • Recent passport size colour photograph of the child, father and mother, duly pasted on specified place marked on the admission form. • Attested photocopy of Municipal Birth Certificate. • Attested photocopy of residence proof. • Self attested document of Parent working for any Noble Cause • Self attested document of transferable job • Self attested document related to children with special needs • Self attested document of single parent • Attested document related to income certificate in the case of student belonging to EWS • Original documents to be produced at the time of admission. The parents will be responsible for all entries in the Registration Form vis a vis its authenticity. Schedule for admission • Date of distribution of registration forms: 2nd Jan to 16th Jan’12.• Last day of acceptance of duly filled forms: 16th January’12, Monday . • Display of lists ( 1st): 6th February’12, Monday. • Last day of fees submission : 18th February’12, Saturday. • Display of lists ( 2nd) : 05th March’12, Monday. • Last day of fees submission : 17th March’12, Saturday. • Display of list (third), if any : 26th March’12, Monday. • Last day of fees submission : 31st March’12, Saturday.
