• Submission of form will be treated as acceptance of all terms and conditions laid down by the school authority.
• The calculation of the final scores of your application will be done by the School Admission Committee.

Final admission is subject to the verification of the following documents [in original]. One current and one atleast six months prior to date of the application.
1. Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation
2. Proof of Residential Address: Any two proofs of residential address. [Passport/Lease Deed made atleast six months prior to the submission of the application form/Electricity Bill/ Telephone Bill /Electoral Card
3. In case of Sibling applicants: [Identity card / latest fee bill
4. In case of Alumni of Manava Bharati,(father/mother/both): [Board Certificate
5. In case of differentially abled children/ national or state awardees/ defense personnel:
[Certificate issued by a competent authority.
6. For proof of Parents Qualification: [Highest Educational Degrees
7. Proof of employment (father/mother/both) : [From current employer/ firm
8. Transfer Case: [A certificate from the employer stating the details of posting / transfer / relocation after 1/04/2011
9. Single Parent: [Provide a valid legal proof of his/her single status
10. First Child: [Affidavit stating the same on a non‐judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10/‐ and
should be duly attested by a Notary Public.
11. Proof of any Play/Pre‐School if attended.

• No Undertaking in lieu of the original documents mentioned above will be accepted at
the time of verification.
• In‐case of incomplete form, incorrect/false information/document, the applicant shall
be automatically debarred from the selection process without any correspondence in
• Incase benefit of school transport has been opted for, the child will not be allowed to
withdraw the same.
Every year we have more applicants than seats available. It is not possible to admit every
child applying for admission. Inability of the candidate to secure a seat is in no way a
reflection of his/her caliber.
