Kg Admission Schedule And Criteria For Session 2012-13

ADMISSIONS: 

Admission to Pre-Primary Class of the School is open to all eligible children without any  discrimination of caste, creed, colour, sex, religion or nationality. For being eligible to register for admission to Pre-Primary Class for the academic session 2012-2013 the child must have completed the minimum age of 4 years as on 31st March, 2012.

Commencement of admission process : 02.01.2012

Commencement of availability of Registration Forms : 02.01.2012

Last date for Registrations : 16.01.2012

Date for publication of List of selected children : 01.02.2012

(including Waiting List) 

Date for publication of 2nd List of selected children : 29.02.2012

Closure of admission process : 31.03.2012

The detail of seats available in Pre-Primary Class for the academic session  2012-13 is as follows :

(i) Seats to be filled with children belonging to :                                                             67

EWS category to be selected by draw of lots 

(ii) General category seats to be filled as per the criteria fixed  :                                161

(iii) Management quota :                                                                                                      40

Registration Forms :

(i)Registration Forms for General Category children for admission to Pre-Primary Class for the academic session 2012-2013 can be purchased from the School Reception Counter in person only on a payment of Rs.25/= in cash only from 2nd January, 2012 to 16th January, 2012 between 9.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon on all working days.

(2)Separate Registration Form meant for children belonging to EWS Category will be available free of charge.

(3)In case the number of children who register under EWS Category exceed 67, the final list of those to be admitted will be prepared after conducting draw of lots in accordance with the guidelines of RTE – Act, 2009.

(4) Please note no other mode of payment will be accepted for the sale of Registration Forms.

(5) Further, no requests for dispatch of Registration Forms by post or courier will be entertained.

(6) Duly filled up Registration Forms shall be accepted at the School Reception Counter between 9.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon upto 16th January, 2012.

Fee Structure :

Final Fee Structure for the academic session will be decided by Managing Committee shortly.

Annual Charges (per month) :      325

Development Fee (per month) :   255

Registration Fee :                             25(To be levied once at the time of registration prior to admission) 

Admission Fee :                               200(To be levied once at the time of admission to School) 

Refundable Security :                     500(To be levied once at the time of admission) 

Transport Fee :  Between Rs.650/= and Rs.900/= depending on the distance traveled.
