At the time of registration parents have to submit the self attested photocopy of the following documents:-

 Municipal Birth certificate of the child.

 Proof of Residence (copy of Driving Licence/Ration card/ Passport/ Election ID/ Bank passbook, Telephone Bill, Electricity Bill)

 Alumni–Class XII School leaving certificate with the scholar number.

 Certificate from employer stating that the parent is in a transferable job.

 Proof of single parent status  - Court Decree/ Affidavit duly attested by the Notary/ Death Certificate  

 Proof of First Child duly certified by Government Doctor (if applicable)
