teachers negative thoughts.....

what if a teacher knows everything about the student but teacher always keep on telling him like blackmailing i know this i know that.one day that student took a stand and then after agrueing with her then teachers says that i din't knew this about you i din't knew that... soo my main point is ... is it necessary to blackmail student and get them under pressure??... what should be don't with this kind of teacher..???
